  Saturday, Aug 26, 2017 around 7:15pm, woman who took our order, which was given by me in perfect English (surrounded by my family of Asian senior citizens) made obnoxious expressions at us, presuming we didn't speak English properly. Some of my aunts said they wanted chicken sandwiches (in broken English, which I repeated as a follow up to clarify just in case). She was visibly agitated by having to be subjected to taking our order. When my mother ordered a drink (my mother speaks perfect English), she made a movement of the cup to her mouth to show us that a cup is used for drinking and to confirm that she wanted a drink. I tried to confirm the order, which she was incorrectly taking, to which she made agitated and frustrated facial expressions. She proceeded to raise her voice when I asked her if she was angry. Her behavior was unprofessional and disgusting. I don't want to pull the race card, but it definitely felt like racism. I hope this person is removed from the staff, as we love DQ, however this behavior is completely unacceptable in any establishment.

  Normally I wouldn't criticize fast food as there is a sort of unspoken agreement between makers of food like this and the customer who consumes them for speedy and warm food where most of the service touch is lost. Being that DQ has raised their prices and declared them self not fast food but a restaurant its time they man up and adhere to restaurant standards and assert some kind of passion .But in this case it is more of a mess then we have come to know from fast food. So begins the horrifying experience that was tonights dinner . my husband and I ordered a couple of burgers and a basket of poutine, we opened the bag and on top of out basket of poutine our burgers were piled on so naturally the thin cardboard that is the DQ fry box buckled and one of our burgers was completely immersed in gravy and cheese . Then using out two napkins that were giving to us we clean my husband burger wrapper off and opened our burgers only to be dripped all over by what all I can describe as a swampy condiment mess with no less then 5 tablespoons of mayo and 3 tablespoons of ketchup mixed together and slopped all over the entire outside of the burger bun and honestly just a disgusting slop...DO NOT EAT HERE...you have been warned ...your better off to head for the nearest grocers and a can of wet dog food .

  Food is decent and reliable, but after spending $20 for 2 people, you're going to charge me $0.50 for 'kitchen mayo' but it's CHEAPER to give me free packets of miracle whip? That's not even wrong, it just doesn't make sense. And those are bread sticks, not pretzel sticks.

  I also recommend for their fast free wifi. Because of the proximity to the highway, we stopped by to check in with work on our way down to Banff, and it was very reliable.

  For a DQ I felt like it was pretty good. I got the four piece chicken strip meal with gravy. Being from the US I was surprised to receive brown gravy instead of white but it was still pretty good. Very hot.

  Beat ice cream ever! I would have given you five stars if your dilly bars weren't bad!
