Very nice little lake. We stopped here twice on our BC trip (going out and coming back) It's got a bit of a muddy bottom initially but it's waters are clean beyond that section and there are nice walking paths around the lake. We had a lot if fun with our little boy catching frogs (and letting them go again of course). Will stop by again.

Awesome camping spot for people interested in mountain biking. Tons of trails to access from the grounds. Looses a star for a very mucky lake that requires water shoes to stand in, and is hard to swim in. Better to bring something to float on.

Secluded, beautiful. There's an immense network of trails and boardwalks to explore. 10 campsites, $12/ night. No water or trash, haul these in and out yourself. Out houses. Day use area and a boat launch. We enjoyed the rope swing and Sandy beach. For a mountain Lake it was quite warm.
